Janice McBeth – Managing Director
Janice McBeth is the driving force behind Interior Designs NE Ltd and has been a respected figure in the interior design industry for over 41 years. With her wealth of experience and passion for design, Janice has built a reputation for creating beautiful, practical spaces that meet the individual needs of her clients.
As the proud owner of our Sunderland-based showroom for the past 30 years, Janice has become an expert in utilizing every inch of space efficiently, always focusing on combining style with functionality. She understands that every home is unique, and her personal approach ensures that the designs we create are tailor-made to suit each client’s lifestyle.
Janice is not only an experienced designer but also a UK inspector for the Institute of Kitchens, Bedrooms, and Bathrooms (IKBBI). This prestigious role allows her to stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and trends, ensuring that our designs meet the highest quality and safety standards.
Her extensive knowledge, eye for design, and passion for creating beautiful interiors make Janice a key part of the Interior Designs NE Ltd team.

Lisa has spent the majority of her career working in our Sunderland showroom, developing an in-depth knowledge of the fitted furniture industry. She is fully trained in all aspects of design, whether it’s for a bedroom, kitchen, or study, and is skilled in using our advanced 3D Articad drawing package to create precise, visually stunning designs. Her ability to bring your ideas to life with this cutting-edge technology ensures that you’ll be able to visualize your dream space before the work even begins.

Paul – Senior Fitter and Project Manager
Paul has been an integral part of the Interior Designs team for over 19 years. In that time, he has fitted thousands of bedrooms, kitchens, and studies throughout the North East, always ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard. Paul’s extensive experience makes him an expert in all aspects of fitting, from measuring and surveying to the final installation.
As the project manager for each job, Paul oversees the entire fitting process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule. He’s known for his attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and ability to answer any questions our customers may have during the fitting process. With Paul at the helm, you can be confident that your installation will be carried out efficiently and professionally.
