From Planning to installation everything went so smoothly. I had a budget and Janice and Lisa helped and planned a kitchen within that budget. Lisa was very helpful in my choosing of colours and finishing touches. I never felt pushed into making decisions.
I was given a timetable for the installation so I knew day by day what would be happening. From rip out to plumbing, electrics, plastering to installing everything went so smoothly. Paul and Wes the kitchen fitters kept me informed what was happening day by day and kept the area clean and tidy. The workmanships is outstanding. Starting with the service of Lisa and Janice who were very knowledgeable about there products, which are locally made.
The old kitchen was taken out and removed then the plasterer Neil worked his magic. The walls were as smooth as glass when he finished. The units were only delivered when needed and they were NOT flatpack. Paul and Gruff the fitters were fantastic.. The workmanship and perfection were second to non. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always tidied when finished for the day. Everyone was always on time which is a bonus in these troubling times. Special thanks also to the factory where the units are made, as they are solid and beautiful.

We cannot thank Janice and her team enough for what they have done for us.
Janice Designed our new kitchen with everything we need. She came up with the idea of using our old kitchen units in our outhouse to make it a utility room, which has worktops and has given us room to store away things that are not used all the time. Very Happy.
We were on holiday for the first week of fitting and came back to no mess. Gruff who fitted everything was lovely lad, his attention to detail was second to none. We met the plumber Barry and electrician who were also very good.
Later we met Paul who did a few jobs and he was also very pleasant to have in our home.

Well what can I say except fab – u – lous! First Interior Designs fitted my bedroom which I absolutely love and then after a bit of comparing the market for a fitted kitchen I chose them again. Always knew I would really and I absolutely love the kitchen too!
They may be a tad more pricy than some but not extremely so and well worth every penny. The choice, quality, customer service and workmanship is great. Janice and Lisa helped me over a number of months before hand with advice on planning my kitchen. Being able to be in easy contact with them throughout the installation was helpful too. The fitters, Paul and Gruff, were happy to advise and explain methods to me and adjust some details as we went along, and Graham’s contributions from the workshop enhanced the teamwork.
Providing a kitchen during recent market difficulties in obtaining materials was a challenge that Interior Designs persevered with so that it all came together with little delay. Thank you lots.

Every detail was taken into consideration and Janice knew instinctively how the room should be planned out. We have never known such precision and care go into a project, and all considerations were taken into account, suck as extra height of rails utilising space and re checking measurements before fitting of units.
This is the PERFECT example of how a team should work together- everyone cares about their part of the job, and we felt so at ease with everyone when they were in our home. We were often called upon to double check something before fitting went ahead as the boys wanted to ensure a ‘first class’ job.

We are happy with our kitchen. The choice of fittings is very varied. As cabinets go these are readily available at most DIY stores (in flat pack not ridged like we received), but our main concern would be the workmanship.
Even if you pay top money you don’t always get dedicated workmen. Having said this we need not have worried, as Graham and Paul were exceptional in there attention to detail. They were able to handle all the electrics and plumbing to reposition the washer. With a dedicated plumber to fit the towel rail and gas engineer to install the hob, the job was superb.
The staff were very helpful with the creation of our kitchen and all members of the company a pleasure to deal with. This really is hoe a business should be run and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to prospective buyers.

We have recently had wardrobes fitted by Janice and her team. I have nothing but praise for the whole team from beginning to end.
Janice measured everything to perfection, and the extra space she has created is amazing. The men were very professional and pleasant and always cleaned up after every day. Janice also added drawers and cupboards around our bay window so we have additional storage and a lovely window seat.

From the planning to the last door fitted our kitchen has gone through a complete new makeover. We couldn’t fault the work done by the two fitters Paul and Graham, they worked together quickly and efficiently giving us updates of how work was progressing and advice on any queries we wanted ironing out!
We had a few little minor problems at the start- mainly to do with the structure of our kitchen itself but they were soon rectified. Everyone from the electrician, tiler, plasterer and glaziers we were more than happy with their work.

Janice viewed the old bedroom and listened to what I had to say about its shortcomings (and ugliness) I.E Lack of space, lack of hanging. With her skills and knowledge she came up with an excellent plan, moving the bed to another wall, building units over the bed and sweeping round the corner and into another wall, so creating more space in general in the bedroom. Also creating more hanging within the wardrobes. The bedroom looks large WOW!. Thanks so much Janice and also thanks to Keith, who was responsible for the installation, a very skilled experienced worker, who kept me up to date every step of the way. Also a very nice man.

Not a easy task as the wardrobe had to be bespoke to encapsulate the hot tank. We are very pleased indeed with the finished project- everything from the plumbing and electrics, the plastering (which was the best we have ever experienced) and the fitting of the bedroom furniture. The work on the wardrobes in particular has excellent detail and finish considering the task we required.
We experienced a high level of professionalism from the showroom and commissioning to the installation. Considering the “mess” of this type of work it was a very neat,tidy and clean job.
